Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our service area, or if a price was listed in obvious error — and if we do, anything you have paid is refunded in full.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already confirmed.

We ship across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays, weather and local disruptions are outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.

A ZeroLoss tracker is a locating aid. It reports an approximate position when a phone on the Apple Find My or Google Find Hub network passes near it. It is not a real-time tracking service, not an anti-theft device, not a security system, and not a substitute for vehicle insurance.
Coverage depends entirely on third-party networks we neither own nor control, and on how many phones happen to pass near your vehicle. In remote areas there may be long gaps between updates, or none at all. Apple and Google may also change how their networks work at any time.
You should not rely on a ZeroLoss tracker as your only protection against theft, and you should keep your vehicle insured independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of or damage to a vehicle, loss of use, towing or storage costs, insurance excesses, or any loss arising because a tracker did not report a position when you needed it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You may use a ZeroLoss tracker on property you own or have permission to track. Using it to follow a person without their knowledge and consent may be a criminal offence, and it is a misuse of the product. Both Apple and Google operate unwanted-tracker alerts specifically to detect this. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement in any such investigation.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.
The ZeroLoss name, logo and the content of this website belong to us. Apple, Find My, Google and Find Hub are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe compatibility. ZeroLoss is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Google.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
