Vehicle theft in India is common enough that most owners have thought about a tracker at some point. What stops them is rarely the hardware — it is the subscription. Buy a SIM-based tracker and you are also buying a recurring charge, a SIM to keep recharged, and an app you will open twice and then forget the password to. A year later the plan lapses, the tracker goes silent, and nobody notices until the bike is gone.
ZeroLoss exists because that running cost is avoidable. Apple and Google already operate two enormous location networks, made of the phones people carry every day. A small Bluetooth device can piggyback on those networks without a SIM of its own, and without anyone paying a rupee in monthly fees. That is the entire product.
We do not claim continuous tracking. When a phone is in range — Android or iPhone, anywhere in the country — the position reaches you in real time. Between passers-by you are looking at the last known position, so on a road nobody uses that position can sit still for a while. It is an accurate tracker, not a constant one, and we would rather explain the difference than let you assume it behaves like a SIM-based device.
We do not collect your location. We could not if we wanted to. Location data moves through Apple's and Google's end-to-end encrypted networks and lands in your phone. It never passes through a ZeroLoss server, because there is no ZeroLoss server in that path at all.
We do not build an app. You already have one. Adding a second tracking app with its own login is how people end up locked out of their own tracker.
We do not sell subscriptions. There is no plan, no tier and no renewal. Once you have paid for the device, we have no way to bill you again.
Be clear-eyed about this. A tracker does not stop a theft. What it does is turn "my bike is gone" into "my bike was last seen here", which is the difference between a police complaint that goes nowhere and one that has somewhere to start. It is also genuinely useful for the far more common problem of forgetting which level of the mall car park you left the car on.
Treat it as a locating aid that costs nothing to keep running, and it will do its job well. Treat it as security, and it will disappoint you.
Support is email-first, because that gives us a written record of your problem and a way to send you photos and instructions back. Every device carries a six-month warranty, and a faulty tracker can be replaced within seven days of delivery. The returns page spells out both.
If something is wrong with your order, write to us before leaving a review. We would rather fix it.
